I believe that there is always a silver lining, a lesson to be learned, or a hope to be inspired by even in the most tragic events. As an aspiring journalist, I feel have a responsibility to inform the public, but also to uplift them and to show them that there is more good than evil in this world. That is why I always try to find and highlight the positive aspects of any news story, without compromising the main storyline. I want my readers to feel informed, but also empowered and optimistic about the future.
