At approximately 1pm Fire crews responded to a blaze at 745 English Settlement Road in Quinte West early Friday afternoon.
Sources say that the owner of the property was welding when the fire broke out, and a detached garage was reported to be fully engulfed in flames. There were 2 propane tanks on scene that were safely removed by emergency personnel including police and firefighters.
Fortunately, there were no injuries during the fire.
