A 42-year-old Belleville woman is facing several charges after another woman was allegedly followed, threatened and physically assaulted in the city’s east end. Belleville Police were called to the area at approximately 8:39 a.m. on September 3rd after receiving a report of an assault in progress.

A reported robbery inside a Quinte West residence has resulted in the arrests of five people and the seizure of a prohibited conducted energy weapon. Quinte West OPP officers were called to the residence at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28th, following a report that a robbery was underway.
