34-Year-Old Arden Woman Faces Impaired Driving Charge in Belleville

A 34-year-old Arden woman is facing an impaired driving charge following an early morning traffic stop in Belleville.
According to the Belleville Police Service, officers conducted a traffic stop at approximately 2:55 a.m. on July 12th, 2026, in the area of College Street East and Cannifton Road.
While speaking with the female driver, officers observed signs of impairment and initiated an impaired driving investigation.
As a result, Jazzmin Koch, 34, of Arden, was arrested and charged with:
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80 mg.
Police say Koch was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in August to answer to the charge.
