Update #2: Traffic has started to flow in both East & Westbound lanes. Significant delays are still expected.
Update #1: We are getting reports that the 401 is pure ice this morning. The lanes going eastbound & westbound remain closed due to poor road conditions and cleanup of the collision that occurred earlier this morning.
