Armed Robbery Involving Imitation Firearm Reported at Circle K in Frankford

An armed robbery involving an imitation firearm was reported/heard over our scanner feed at the Circle K in Frankford just after midnight in the early morning hours of Friday, August 28th.
The incident occurred at the business in the community of Frankford, within the Municipality of Quinte West.
Police believe the suspects stole alcohol from the store during the incident. The suspect took out what was believed to be a handgun at the time and stated:" he was going to shoot everyone." Another suspect then left the store with the first suspect with what is believed to be a case of alcohol.
The weapon involved was later determined to be a BB or pellet gun.
The suspects were described as two Caucasian males, with one wearing a red hoodie and the other wearing a black hoodie.
Following the robbery, police launched an investigation and apprehended the suspects shortly after in their residence.
At this time, additional details, including the identities of those involved and any potential charges, have not been confirmed by police.
