Belleville Man Charged After Indecent Act Report at North Front Street Business

A Belleville man is facing charges after police responded to a report of an indecent act at a business on North Front Street.


According to the Belleville Police Service, officers were called to the business on April 30th at approximately 1:02 p.m. after receiving a report that a male had allegedly attended the location repeatedly and exposed himself to employees and customers.


Police say officers investigated and later located the suspect.


As a result, Daniel Sullivan, 39, of Belleville, was arrested and charged with:

  • Criminal harassment

  • Indecent act, public place

  • Fail to comply with a probation order


Sullivan was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in June.


Police have not released any further details about the incident.
