Canada Day 2025 in Belleville: West Zwick's Park Extravaganza

Belleville’s West Zwick’s Park is the place to be on Tuesday, July 1, as the city hosts its annual Canada Day celebration. With activities starting early in the morning and continuing into the night, there’s something for everyone.

Festivities begin at 9:30 a.m. with a traditional Kiwanis pancake breakfast at the Tom Gavey Pavilion. From 11 a.m., the park will transform into a hub of activity featuring an inflatable play village, face painting, balloon twisting, and various entertainment acts including stilt walkers and a dog agility show.

Live music will be performed throughout the day on the Quinte Broadcasting Main Stage, with acts like Andy Forgie, Tiny Horse, and Eddy and the Dirty Boys. A DJ will take over at 8 p.m. to lead into the grand finale — a dazzling fireworks display over the Bay of Quinte around 10 p.m.

The Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool will also be open for special Canada Day swims.

Spread the Celebration: Know someone who loves fireworks, music, or family fun? Send them the Belleville Canada Day schedule and make plans to meet at the park. Let’s pack West Zwick’s with red and white spirit!
