Fatal Head On Crash Near Kingston Under Investigation

A serious two vehicle collision just outside Kingston has claimed the life of one person and sent two others to hospital.
Ontario Provincial Police say the crash occurred late Wednesday morning along Taylor Kidd Boulevard near Coronation Boulevard. Emergency crews from OPP, Loyalist Township Fire, and Frontenac Paramedics rushed to the scene shortly after 11:30 a.m.
Police confirmed a passenger inside one of the vehicles was pronounced deceased at the location. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital one suffering critical injuries while the other was transported as a precaution.
Authorities have not released the identities of those involved.
