Update: As of 2:30pm Loyalist Parkway has been reopened. The OPP thanks everyone for the continued patience and cooperation.
Loyalist Parkway has been closed in both directions between Conley Road and Belleville Street due to a single-vehicle collision in Wellington, Prince Edward County.
The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating the incident and have asked motorists to avoid the area until further notice.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and expect delays in the surrounding area.
Updates will be provided once the roadway has reopened.
