Montrose Road has been closed between Old Stone Road and Richards Way due to a structure fire in the area, according to information provided directly by the City of Quinte West.
Emergency crews are currently on scene, and the road will remain closed to traffic until further notice.
Residents and motorists are being asked to avoid the area and use an alternate route while crews continue their response.
The City of Quinte West says another notice will be issued once Montrose Road has reopened.
