The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 21-year-old male identified as Logan Leslie CONNELL.

He is described as approximately 6’0” (182 cm) tall, with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes.


Authorities are advising the public that if he is seen, do not approach him.


Public Safety Advisory

Members of the public are strongly urged not to attempt to interact with or approach the individual. Instead, any sightings or information should be reported immediately to law enforcement.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Logan Leslie CONNELL is asked to contact:

Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122

Information can be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers.

The individual is reported to be known in the areas of:

  • Belleville

  • Kingston

  • Quinte West
