Emergency crews responded to a serious incident this early this morning in Cobourg, where a person was reportedly struck and dragged by a train.
The event occurred near the rail line that runs through the town, prompting a swift response from Cobourg Police, fire crews, paramedics, and the Ornge air ambulance. Witnesses say the person was located and treated at the scene before being airlifted to hospital.
