LOCATED: Police Searching for Missing 68-Year-Old Belleville Man

Belleville Police, in collaboration with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Robert Billyard, a 68-year-old man who has been reported missing.

Robert was last seen on the morning of Sunday, June 15, 2025, around 10:30 a.m., in the area of Dundas Street West and Wallbridge-Loyalist Road. He is described as six feet tall, walks with a limp, and was last observed wearing a blue plaid shirt, black pants, and a baseball cap. He was also carrying a black side bag.

Authorities are concerned for his safety and continue to investigate with support from the OPP. Local residents and businesses are encouraged to check any surveillance or dashcam footage from Sunday morning.
