Update: as of 8:03pm the roads have been reopened.
Queen Street from Wilkins Street to Creswell Drive has been closed to traffic until further notice following a structure fire in the area.
Emergency crews remain on scene working to contain the situation and ensure public safety. Residents and motorists are being asked to avoid the area to allow first responders to operate safely and efficiently.
An official notice will be issued once the road has reopened.
